Our Mission: Multiplying churches and multiplying disciples by helping people find life, family, freedom, and purpose.
This mission drives everything we do. We believe every person has a God-given purpose waiting to be discovered. That's why we're passionate about creating a place where authentic faith changes everything. Through powerful worship, practical Biblical teaching, and genuine community, we help people wake up to the greater story God has for their lives.
The Journey That Shaped Us
What began in 1958 with just 32 people has grown into a thriving movement of churches. Founding Pastor Tom Whidden responded to God’s call to establish a church in Concord NC, and today, under the global leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. Douglas Witherup, that vision continues to expand.
At Multiply Lake Norman, the same story of faith unfolds. What once was a set up and tear down church in a movie theater transformed into something more when God placed us in the heart of Mooresville in 2025. Under the guidance of Pastor Bill Ballance, our Church is flourishing as a place where individuals of all ages can encounter God, grow in their faith, and discover their purpose.
From a humble beginning with a small group of people, God is still building something powerful here, one life at a time.
